Our pricing structure is designed to make it affordable to purchase natural products. Theft will cause our prices to be increased.
 
Any changes made to your order must be called in (815-874-0924) within 1 day or we cannot guarantee the changes. Cancellations must be called in within one day. Once your order is packed and ready to go, it will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $5 (whichever is higher) if you should decide to cancel. The restocking fee on canceled RUSH/UPS NextDay/UPS 2 Day/UPS 3 Day orders is 25% or a minimum of $10 plus the RUSH fee.
 
Shipping charges cover the packaging and handling of the order. It is not only the charges for USPS or UPS.
 
Shipping: Because weights are not completely accurate nor can the computer tell the best way to break up a large order into various boxes, the customer understands that the shipping charges listed are only an estimate and may vary. If the charges are more than $3 higher than the estimated shipping we reserve the right the charge extra shipping costs.
 
We ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We do NOT ship COD. Customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges if a package is returned because no one was home to accept it. WHEN YOU GET FREE SHIPPING, IT WILL NOT COME PRIORITY MAIL (IT WILL BE HEAVY AND PRIORITY MAIL IS ASTRONOMICAL THEN).
 
When we ship by USPS, APO & FPO addresses will probably incur additional shipping charges. We suggest you have your order shipped to a friend or relative who can then forward it on to you. We apologize for the inconvenience.
 
If you make a special request to have UPS leave your package without signature, we will place the request on the box however we CANNOT guarantee that UPS will comply. Only they can decide if they feel it is safe to leave a package at your location as they will ultimately be responsible if the package gets stolen or misplaced. If this may be a problem, please give us an address where someone will be home to receive the package for you.
 
Damaged or missing items need to be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. After that we will not be responsible for those items.
 
Shipping Damage In case of obvious damage to the shipping box, customer must refuse the shipment due to damage. If the damage is noticed after receiving and opening the box, please call UPS to file a damage claim and then call us to let us know that you have filed a claim and need a replacement. The replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from UPS.
 
ILLINOIS RESIDENTS: You will be charged tax.
 
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any product or service, please call our customer service department and have your invoice number available.  We DO NOT refund shipping charges.
