Infused herbs: Don quai, lemon balm, linden flower, motherwort, schisandra berries. We have added these essential oils:  clary sage, geranium, lemon, peppermint, sage

Directions:  You must use this remedy several times daily.  Keep with you and use it as directed to help manage menopausal symptoms.  Gently shake bottle. Spray on roof of mouth. Swallow, then through slightly open lips, breathe in deeply through mouth. Can be used again if relief isn?t within one minute. For extra cooling, can be sprayed on chest, abdomen, back of neck.
