White Willow Bark is the precursor to aspirin.
Suggested Use: 1 to 2 capsules. Drink at least 8 oz. of water or herbal tea.

Word of caution: The side effect of willow bark can include upset stomachs, itchiness, and rashes; particularly with people who are allergic to other analgesics, such as aspirin.

Willow bark should not be used, in high doses, on a regular basis. High does can greatly increase your changes of experiencing side effects.
